- This Christmas season has thoroughly thrown me for a loop. Holy Busy Batman!
- I didn’t blog last week at like – all – I half wrote a bunch of posts that you’ll be seeing some of this week and I feel guilty about it and I’m sorry. Before Monday, my last post (TILT) was 13 days ago.
- I’m quite enjoying decorating our house for Christmas. Its fun, but I wish decorations were all free cause then we’d really be kickin some festive butt. Here’s our front porch though and I’m totally in love with it!
- Steel is probably hating Christmas because I’m so afraid his tail is going to knock into the tree when we’re not home and that will just be the downfall of the tree. In one swoosh, an ornament will go, which will cause Steel to realize the magnificence of playing with the tree and he just won’t be able to stop himself. Or. He’ll pee on it. Plus, I had a wonderful, heavenly, soft, beautiful, ‘brings texture into the living room’ white faux fur pillow to go with my holiday pillows for all of TWO DAYS. And then he ate it.
The ever so lovely Anna (one of my Geek Girls X Bloggers Facebook group girls! My most favorite ladies!) came up with the 12 Days of Geekmas where you get to post about a different fandom each day and link up with her. Click the pic to go to the original post, which links to all the other posts too!
So, since I’m on a time crunch, I’m starting with Day 5: 5 Lightsabers. So, here are a few things on my “Star Wars I Wish List”!
Cause, who DOESN’T want a BB-8 droid? And how fun would it be to have a viewing party with these props?! (Maybe we will when the DVD comes out…… hmmm…..). Mr. Coffee’s text message alert is currently set to Leia and Han saying “I love you…. I know”, so these shirts would be entirely appropriate. And, a Star Wars themed bedroom for our future little ones? HOW FUN WOULD THAT BE! This growth chart would be a perfect start! And I couldn’t resist adding my top two favorite Star Wars shirts over at Torrid (#5 is currently on its way – in time for me to wear to the movie on Monday!!). This Geekmas thing is gonna be fun! Thanks Anna!
